This is to intimate the Stock exchange, that as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and BSE Circular dated n02-04-2019, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the Board Members, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from the end of Quarter dated 30-09-2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after the decalaration of the financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 31-09-2026 to the Stock Exchange.
