The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 30th May 2023, has approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023. The audited financial results and Auditors'' Report thereon as submitted by the Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith. Further, in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Auditors have given an unmodified opinion on the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023. The meeting started at 3.00 pm and ended at 3.50 pm.
