This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 17th August 2022, has considered and approved the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022. The un-audited financial results and Limited audit review report thereon as submitted by the Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith. Further, in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Auditors have given an unmodified opinion on the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022.
