Closure of Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives including the Promoters, Promoter group, Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees of the Company etc. with effect from 01st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results of the company for the quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
