We would like to inform you that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from, 22th September, 2023 to 28th September, 2023(both days inclusive) and cut of date will be 22nd September, 2023 for eligibility to e-Voting in 89th Annual General Meeting by members.
