In continuation to our earlier communication dated 22nd July, 2022, we wish to inform you that subject to compliance of certain terms and conditions, Jagatjit Industries Limited ('Company') has received on 14th October, 2022 Environmental Clearance from the Impact Assessment Division of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, under the provisions of the EIA Notification, 2006, for setting up 200 KLPD Grain based Ethanol Distillery Plant along with 6.0 MW Co-generation power plant (Biomass based) at the Company's unit situated at Jagatjit Nagar, Village Hamira, Distt. Kapurthala, Punjab - 144802 for production of Ethanol from Grain.
