Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading of Securities of the Company read BSE circular no. LIST / COMP / 01/ 2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company with effect from Friday, September 30, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2022.
