Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. March 30, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. has considered, approved the proposal of voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE"), without giving any exit opportunity to its shareholders in accordance with the Regulations 6 & 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 ("SEBI Delisting Regulations"), the Equity Shares of the Company would remain listed on the BSE Limited ("BSE").
