Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited (the Company), at their meeting held today i.e. May 25, 2024, has inter-alia, Approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth Quarter/ Financial Year ended on March 31, 2024 and Recommended a dividend of Rs. 8 (Rupees Eight Only) per equity share of Rs. 10, for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2024, which shall be subject to declaration by the Members at 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The Dividend, if declared, shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days of the AGM of the Company.
