Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Board has approved today, the appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company from conclusion of 32nd AGM to be held in calendar year 2027.
