In compliance with Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on Friday, 16th May, 2025 have considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year & Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2025.
