This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today, 5th May, 2025, have recommended the final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 @ 60% i.e. Rupees 1.20/- per equity shares of Rs 2/- each to be declared at the 145th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Final Dividend will be paid within the timelines prescribed under the law.
