The trading window for dealing in the Company equity shares by the designated persons of the Company and/or immediate relatives shall remian closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026 upto 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Companyt for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the Board meeting of the Company to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
