Approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022, along with the Limited Review Report. 2. To inform that Mr. Deepak Sheth, Chief Financial officer of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the company due to personal reasons, which has been accepted by the company. He will continue to hold his current position of CFO until the close of business hours of February 08, 2023 The Company is in process of identifying / appointing a new CFO and shall inform the Stock Exchange once the position of CFO is filled up The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 1.00 p.m.
