Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from January 01, 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2022.
