Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that Grove Holdings 2 S.a.r.l. (step-down subsidiary) has transferred its entire shareholding in Capco Consulting Middle East FZE (step-down subsidiary) to Wipro IT Services UK Societas (wholly-owned subsidiary), effective September 19, 2025. The Company received intimation to this effect on September 24, 2025.
