Internet & Catalogue Retail company Info Edge (India) announced Q1FY27 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations in Q1FY27 stood at Rs 8,244.64 million, representing an increase of 2.41% QoQ from Rs 8,050.96 million in Q4FY26 and a growth of 11.96% YoY from Rs 7,363.75 million in Q1FY26. Total Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 9,177.32 million, showing a growth of 4.13% QoQ compared to Rs 8,813.60 million in Q4FY26 and 10.25% YoY compared to Rs 8,323.85 million in Q1FY26. Operating PBT grew by 33.4% YoY to Rs 333.9 crore in Q1FY27, with the operating PBT margin standing at 40.5% of revenue. Profit before tax for the period Q1FY27 was Rs 3,550.40 million, recording a decline of 14.46% QoQ from Rs 4,150.80 million in Q4FY26, while increasing by 2.54% YoY from Rs 3,462.29 million in Q1FY26. Net Profit for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 2,455.03 million, a decrease of 20.58% QoQ from Rs 3,091.34 million in Q4FY26 and a 5.44% YoY decrease from Rs 2,596.20 million in Q1FY26. Standalone billings for Q1FY27 grew by 14.4% YoY to reach Rs 737.0 crore. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 were Rs 3.79 and Rs 3.78 respectively, compared to Rs 4.77 in Q4FY26 and Rs 4.01 and Rs 4.00 in Q1FY26. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 8,807.48 million, reflecting an increase of 1.35% QoQ from Rs 8,690.05 million in Q4FY26 and a growth of 11.37% YoY from Rs 7,908.62 million in Q1FY26. Total Income in Q1FY27 stood at Rs 10,730.07 million, representing a 21.39% QoQ decline from Rs 13,650.35 million in Q4FY26, but increasing by 6.86% YoY from Rs 10,040.75 million in Q1FY26. Profit before tax reached Rs 6,317.01 million in Q1FY27, declining 27.28% QoQ from Rs 8,686.97 million in Q4FY26, while growing 46.55% YoY from Rs 4,310.60 million in Q1FY26. Net Profit for the period Q1FY27 was Rs 4,900.51 million, recording a 35.16% QoQ decrease from Rs 7,557.49 million in Q4FY26 and a 42.93% YoY increase from Rs 3,428.56 million in Q1FY26. Consolidated total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 51,489.56 million, compared to a loss of Rs 62,171.98 million in Q4FY26 and a profit of Rs 79,181.65 million in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Recruitment Segment: Revenue grew by 13.0% YoY to Rs 6,117.60 million in Q1FY27. Billings for the segment grew by 17.5% YoY, led by Recruitment B2B. The operating PBT for this segment grew by 25.4% YoY with a margin of 58.3%. Real Estate (99acres): Revenue improved by 17.3% YoY to reach Rs 1,297.92 million in Q1FY27. Billings for 99acres grew by 16.5% YoY as traffic and supply leadership translated into stronger growth while operating losses reduced significantly. Matchmaking (Jeevansathi + Aisle): Combined billings for the segment grew by 20.3% YoY while operating losses continued to narrow down. Jeevansathi remained profitable during the quarter. Education (Shiksha): Revenue for the segment de-grew by 11.9% YoY to Rs 444 million, with billings declining by 22.8% YoY due to AI-related traffic headwinds and declining referred search traffic from Google. AI Products Traction: AI-Rex paid customers grew to 400+, and Talent Pulse paid customers increased to 600+. Agentic AI workflows have reduced candidate sourcing and screening time from 10-15 days to a few hours. Cash Generation: The standalone business generated cash from operations (before taxes) of Rs 225.0 crore during Q1FY27, representing a 25.3% YoY improvement. Strategic Investments: Subsequent to the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company acquired the remaining 45.36% non-controlling interest stake in Sunrise Mentors Private Limited for a consideration of Rs 399.99 million, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
