Pursuant to Regulation30 of SEBI-LODR, Mr Pulak Chandan Prasad (DIN - 00003557) has ceased to be a non-executive, Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2024 on completion of his second consecutive term as an Independent Director for which he was re-appointed by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 3rd August, 2018.
