This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, ('PIT Regulations'), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated/Connected Persons of the Company from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2025.
