Max Estates has informed about the Board approval for Material Related Party Transaction involving purchase of three floors in Max Towers, by Max Towers Private Limited, subsidiary of the Company from Max India Limited and further investment of INR 84 crores by the Company and New York Life Insurance Company in Acreage Builders Private Limited, subsidiary of the Company.
