Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2023, and shall remain closed till 30th October, 2023 Kindly take the same on you records.
