Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015 we would like to inform you that Company is in receipt of a letter dated October 11, 2024, (received by the company on October 17, 2024) as per the contents of the said letter, JC Flowers has revoked the term of settlement and has called upon the Company to pay the outstanding amounts under the respective loans which were borrowed by the trust and entities.
