Re-appointment of Cost Auditor: Re-appointment of M/s. Sanat Joshi & Associates, Cost Accountants as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-2025. 3. Appointment of Internal Auditor: Appointment of M/s. Agrawal Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-2025.
