Varun Shipping Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have decided to fix July 31, 2015 as the 'Demerger Record Date' for determining the shareholders entitled for the issue and allotment of equity shares by Varun Resources Limited and Varun Global Limited, as per the Scheme.
