In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, 07th October, 2025, at the registered office , inter alia, noted that the Company has been unable to redeem its 7% Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Old Series-III Debenture) amounting to Rs. 64,72,000, which were due for redemption today, i.e., 07th October, 2025. The Company is also unable to pay the Interest due on the said NCD from 01st April, 2025 till 07th October, 2025 amounting to Rs. 2,34,000.
