Vaibhav Global Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 and consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. Further, in continuation of our letter no. VGL/CS/2025/60 dated 27th June, 2025 regarding closure of trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain close till 7th August, 2025 i.e., forty-eight hours after the date of Board Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 5th August, 2025.
