Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 18th December, 2024 have resolved to pass Special Resolution for Appointment of Mr. Dilip Kumar Mandal, Additional Director as an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 10th December,2024 to 9th December,2029 each, subject to approval of the Members through Postal Ballot. The Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 20th December, 2024 (End of Day) will be considered for the purpose of sending Notice of Postal Ballot and for providing remote e-voting facility to the members.
