This is to intimate that further to the Order Dated 15.02.2019 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide which the Hon'ble Court had granted approval for the sale of shareholding of Unitech Limited in Unitech Power Transmission Limited, Unitech Limited has successfully entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Sterling and Wilson Private Limited for sale of entire issued and paid up share capital of Unitech Power Transmission Limited. Unitech Power Transmission Limited is an entity engaged in the business of manufacturing and installation of power transmission lines and currently is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unitech Limited. The closing formalities are being completed. Post the completion of the aforesaid transaction, Unitech Power Transmission Limited will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling and Wilson Private Limited.
