("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Detailed Public Statement in terms of Regulation 3(1), Regulation 4 read with Regulation 13(4), Regulation 14(3), Regulation 15(2) and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI ("SAST") Regulations, 2011, as amended, to the public shareholders of Unichem Laboratories Ltd ("Target Company").
