We would like to inform you that pursuant to amended the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2022. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
