we would like to inform that, Samir Barua (DIN: 00211077), Independent Director of the Company, who was appointed for second and final term for a period from April 01, 2019 to September 30, 2022 has ceased to be Director on the Board of the Company with effect from close of business hours today i.e. September 30, 2022 pursuant to completion of his second and final term.
This refers to the Postal Ballot Notice dated August 08, 2022 sent to the Members of the Company seeking their approval on the item as detailed in the Notice. The e-voting facility to Members was provided through Central Depository Services (India) Limited. The e-voting period commenced from 9:00 am (IST) on Monday, August 22, 2022 till 5:00 pm (IST) on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Rajesh Parekh, Practicing Company Secretary & Scrutinizer, appointed by the Board, has submitted his report on the result of Postal Ballot and based on the said report Jinal Mehta, Managing Director has announced the results of the Postal Ballot, copy of the same is enclosed herewith.
