Members of Northern Spirits Limited whose name appears on the Company''s Register of Members as on Saturday, September 21, 2024 would be entitled to receive the Final Dividend (if declared at the ensuring AGM) at 2.5% (Rs 0.25 per equity share of Rs 10 each) for the financial year 2023-2024.
