Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in accordance with the Company''s 'Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', the trading window for dealing in the securities of TIL Limited ('the Company') has been closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and six months ended on 30th September, 2020. During the aforesaid period of closure of trading window, all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives have been informed to abstain from trading in the shares of the Company. The date of announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and six months ended on 30th September, 2020 shall be informed in due course.
