This is an addendum to the notice of EGM notice given on 18th September, 2023, the following information in the notice is hereby notified to all the shareholders/members of the company that in the said notice of EGM Resolution No 3 for the issue and allotment of 60,00,000 convertible equity warrants of the company on Preferential basis to the promoter and non-promoter at a price of Rs. 81/- aggregating to Rs. 48,60,00,000/- required some correction pursuant to the clarification sought from NSE and BSE.
