Ummed Jain & Co., Chartered Accountant (FRN: 119250W) as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy and to hold office till upcoming Annual General Meeting, on recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to the Shareholders'' approval.
