Further, as per our letter dated 30th June, 2025 and as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in respect of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed till 14th August, 2025.
