Inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results/Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the 04th quarter and year ended 3lst March, 2023. Further, in terms of Company''s "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the closure of trading window for purchase/sale of securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has already commenced from 01st April, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Audited Financial Results for the 04th quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023.
