This is to inform that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Swaraj Engines Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. 27th August, 2024 inter alia considered and approved: appointment of Mr. Devjit Sarkar (DIN: 10745850) as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 1st September, 2024. appointment of Mr. Devjit Sarkar (DIN: 10745850) as Whole Time Director designated as Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Key Managerial Personnel under the Companies Act, 2013, for a period of 2 (Two) years with effect from 1st September, 2024 to 31st August, 2026 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
