Shri M.S. Ramachandran (DIN:00943629), Shri R. Kannan (DIN:00380328), Dr. S. Sivaram (DIN:00009900) and Ms. Ameeta Parpia (DIN:02654277), have completed their second and final term as Non-Executive Independent Directors on the Board of Supreme Petrochem Limited and consequently ceased to be Directors of the Company effective from September 22, 2024.
