Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, it is hereby notified that the closure of trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company for all Promoters, Promoter Group, KMPs and Designated Persons/insiders and their immediate relatives, shall commence from Monday, January 01, 2024 keeping in the view approval of financial results for the quarter ended 31-12-2023 Further, the closure of trading window will continue up to 48 hours after the date of approval of aforesaid financial results by Board of Directors of the company.
