We refer to our earlier communication dated 14th August, 2023 about events/information, which become material pursuant to notification to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023, whereby information on litigations, inter alia, in matter of Arif Azim Co. Ltd., Afghanistan, were provided. In this regards, it is hereby informed that Hon''ble Supreme Court of India has appointed sole arbitrator and disposed off proceedings accordingly.
