Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend on Equity of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (5%), for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The date of payment of dividend will be informed in due course, upon finalization of the dateof the AGM.
