We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e., 14.08.2023 (commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:40 P.M.) has approved the appointment of Mr. Des Raj Dhingra (DIN: 01202968) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive/Independent). The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Des Raj Dhingra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive/Independent) with effect from August 14, 2023 as recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The term of his appointment as an Independent Director of the Company shall be for a period of 5 (five) years, subject to the approval of Shareholders. A brief profile of Mr. Des Raj Dhingra is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1. Mr. Des Raj Dhingra is not related to any Director of the Company. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
