Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and in continuation of our intimations dated 25th August 2023, 22nd January, 2024 and 16th August 2024, we would like to inform that the Company has further invested Rs. 10,20,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores and Twenty Lakhs Only) in M/s Sudha Somany Ceramics Private Limited ("SSCPL"), a Subsidiary of the Company, towards the acquisition of 11% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each by way of right issue on 26th March, 2025. Disclosure in relation to the aforesaid investment and as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulation and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A.
