The Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMP, Designated Person, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2025 till the conclusion of 48 Hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ending March 31, 2025.
