This is to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with circulars issued thereunder and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company would be closed with effect from 1st October, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
