In compliance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, and Company''s policy, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all designated persons (including his/ her immediate relatives or any person with whom he/ she shares a material financial relationship) shall remain closed from 01st April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2024. The date of Board meeting to consider, inter-alia, financial results shall be intimated separately in due course.
