In compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons (including his/her immediate relatives or any person with whom he/she shares a material financial relationship), shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
