Demand Notice dated April 29, 2024 for the Financial year 2018-19 received by the Company on May 03, 2024 from Goods and Services tax Department (GST) for an amount of INR 4,65,17, 258/- (Indian Rupees Four Crores Sixty Five Lacs Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Eight only) including penalties. Further, interest to be calculated at applicable rate under Section 50(3) of the CGST Act, 2017 read with corresponding provisions of the WBGST Act, 2017.
