With reference to our intimation dated 07 August 2024 submitted to Stock Exchanges and in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has executed the Business Transfer Agreement on 25 October 2024, regarding transfer of Renewable Business of the Company on slump sale basis as a going concern basis to Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
